Delete your Kanaway account
You can delete your account inside Kanaway or request deletion here, even if you have already removed the app.
Delete inside the app
Open Settings using the gear icon, open your signed-in account details, and choose Delete account. Confirm the request and re-authenticate if prompted. The app deletes the sign-in account and cloud learning backup, clears local learning progress, and schedules removal of account-linked AI content reports.
Request deletion without the app
Email hello@rocketdigital.ai with the subject “Kanaway account deletion”. Send the request from the email address linked to your Kanaway account, or identify that address in your request. You can alternatively use the Rocket Digital contact form and select the same subject.
We will verify account ownership before deleting data. Do not send your password, payment-card information or a one-time login code. We will confirm completion or explain any information needed to verify the request.
What is deleted and what may remain
Deletion removes your Kanaway sign-in account, associated cloud learning progress and account-linked AI reports. A request sent outside the app cannot erase files on a device we cannot access; use Android’s app-data controls to remove local data. Pseudonymous service-security and usage records, transaction records and information required by law may remain for those limited purposes. Google Play, RevenueCat and OpenAI may retain information under their applicable legal and operational requirements, as explained in the Android privacy policy.
Subscriptions are managed separately
Account deletion does not cancel your subscription. Cancel any active subscription in Google Play under Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions to stop future renewal charges.
Delete particular information
You may also email the same address to request removal of particular cloud learning data or AI reports without deleting the whole account. Describe what you want removed; we will verify ownership before acting.
